Routine Maintenance
Please download our EMAIL MAINTENANCE REQUEST FORM, email it to our maintenance department at fanmaintenance@aol.com.
All requests must have an email address on file with us, giving us permission to enter your apartment. SIGN UP NOW. This form must be mailed back to us before maintenance can be done. Maintenance requests received from unknown email addresses will NOT be processed.
Emergency Maintenance
For emergencies such as fire or the possibility of
fire, gas leaks, storm damage, or severe water leaks, please page our emergency number
given to you in the Rules and Regulations Addendum to your lease.
